A COMMUNITY PROJECT

Building Granite House was a real community effort, with many hands and hearts. We were fortunate to work with partners who were generous with discounts and donations of labor and materials. This  helped us use our funds wisely to build a high quality, low maintenance, purpose-built home which will last for generations. The Town Board of West Lakeland Township has been very supportive of our efforts, and our friends at the Landmark Group of Thrivent Financial were instrumental in helping us raise startup funds. We also thank our many volunteers who did everything from sweeping, insulation, painting, and event planning. Granite House is a very special place thanks to you.
